نعمل على تجهيز جميع الطلبات في أسرع وقت ممكن.

يتم تجهيز الطلبات عادة خلال يوم إلى يومي عمل.

تختلف مدة الشحن حسب المحافظة، وتتراوح غالبًا بين يومين وخمسة أيام عمل.

قد تزيد مدة الشحن خلال المواسم والعروض أو الظروف الخارجة عن إرادتنا.

يتلقى العميل رسالة أو اتصالًا لتأكيد الطلب قبل الشحن.

في حالة تعذر الوصول إلى العميل أو رفض استلام الطلب، يحتفظ المتجر بحقه في إلغاء الطلب.

Orders are usually prepared within 1–2 business days.

Delivery across Egypt typically takes between 2 and 5 business days depending on your location.

Shipping times may be longer during holidays, promotions, or unexpected circumstances.

Customers may receive a confirmation call or message before shipping.

Orders may be canceled if we are unable to contact the customer or if the order is refused upon delivery.
