في زاهي، بنحرص إن كل طلب يوصلكم بحالة ممتازة.

نظرًا لطبيعة منتجات العطور، لا يتوفر الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع لمجرد عدم ملاءمة الرائحة أو عدم إعجاب العميل بها بعد استلام المنتج.

ويُسمح بطلب الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع فقط في حالة وصول العطر مكسورًا، تالفًا، أو وجود عيب في المنتج.

في هذه الحالة، يرجى التواصل معنا خلال 3 أيام من تاريخ استلام الطلب، مع إرسال صور أو فيديو واضح يوضح المشكلة.

بعد مراجعة الحالة والتأكد من وجود التلف أو العيب، سيتم اتخاذ الإجراء المناسب لاستبدال المنتج أو إتمام عملية الاسترجاع.

Refund & Return Policy

At ZAHI, we carefully prepare every order to ensure that it arrives in perfect condition.

Due to the nature of fragrance products, returns or exchanges are not accepted simply because the customer does not like or enjoy the fragrance after receiving the product.

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the perfume arrives broken, damaged, or has a product defect.

In such cases, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and provide clear photos or a video showing the issue.

After reviewing the case and confirming the damage or defect, we will proceed with the appropriate replacement or return.
